Anne is a Certified Secretary and an Accredited Governance Auditor with a broad Corporate practice, specializing in Corporate Governance, Legal and Human resource. With a stellar career spanning over Ten years’ experience, she sits on Boards of various National and Multi-National Companies as a Company Secretary.
She advises organizations on Company Secretarial matters, Board matters on Corporate Governance including monitoring Compliance, administration of board and shareholder’ meetings, drafting of board charters and policies.
She also advises organizations on employment and labor laws including, human capital management, employee engagement and relations and performance management.
Anne is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK) and member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). She holds an MBA in Strategic Management & Human Resource from Daystar University and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Governance and the Law from the University of Nairobi
