GENERAL MANAGER

They are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented leader to join our team as General Manager. You will be responsible for the overall growth and success of our company, leading and inspiring our team to achieve ambitious goals. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in managing and growing a business. 

Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that aligns with our long-term vision. 
• Identify and seize new market opportunities for growth and expansion. 
• Set clear goals and performance metrics for the department. 
• Oversee the development and execution of effective marketing and sales strategies. 
• Build and lead a high-performing team of talented professionals. 
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and careers. 

Financial Oversight: 

• Manage the company’s budget and ensure responsible financial stewardship. 
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and revenue growth. 
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis. 

Industry Expertise: 

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and regulations in the data privacy landscape. 
• Identify and implement innovative data privacy solutions to meet client needs. 

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences. 

Client Relationships: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. 
• Understand and address client needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. 
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality data privacy services that exceed expectations. 

Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge: 

• Second Class Upper degree in business or relevant field  
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the technology or data privacy sector. 
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage. 
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business. 
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
• Deep understanding of data privacy laws and regulations 
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience. 
• A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving measurable goals. 
• A proactive and decisive leader with the ability to handle pressure.
